The Nephrolepis exaltata ‘Green Delight’, also known as the Green Delight Boston Fern or Sword Fern, is a lush tropical houseplant prized for its masses of fresh green, finely divided fronds and graceful, arching growth. This attractive indoor fern creates an instant burst of greenery and is perfect for bathrooms, kitchens, shelves, plant stands, and hanging baskets. Its full, feathery foliage makes Nephrolepis ‘Green Delight’ an excellent choice for adding texture and a fresh tropical feel to homes and offices.

Light: Nephrolepis ‘Green Delight’ thrives in bright, indirect light but can also tolerate moderate light conditions. Avoid strong direct sunlight, which can scorch its delicate fronds. A bright position away from harsh afternoon sun is ideal for maintaining lush, vibrant green foliage.

Water: Keep the soil consistently lightly moist, allowing only the surface to dry slightly between waterings. Avoid allowing the root ball to dry out completely or leaving the plant sitting in water. This tropical fern appreciates higher humidity, making it particularly well suited to bathrooms and kitchens. Good humidity will also help prevent dry, crispy frond tips.

Our 'Enviro-boxes' have been developed in conjunction with WRAP, the Waste and Resources Action Programme, the Enviro-box offers a sustainable and reliable alternative to larger double wall boxes.

Delivery Info

Nationwide Shipping
Online orders are processed and dispatched within seven business days. The standard delivery fee is £5.95 for orders below £65; free shipping for orders above £65. Our plants are shipped Monday to Wednesday. Orders received Thursday to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday to avoid live plant products sitting in warehouses over the weekend. Your order will be sent via DPD or Royal Mail using their next day service.

Click & Collect
All our products are available for Click and Collect from our Chiswick store at 21 Turnham Green Terrace, W4 1RG. We will notify you once your order is ready to collect from our store but we aim to have them ready 1 hour after receiving your order. If you would rather collect your purchase from our Northfields store please contact us before placing your order and we will see if this can be facilitated.
