Interestingly though, it is actually micronutrients that are usually the first to be depleted in soil mixes. The addition of seaweeds or composts can certainly help to raise these levels but often these are still below adequate. Similarly in coco or hydro setups where nutrient solutions are often used at half or 3\/4 strength this to can mean plants do not have the necessary micronutrient levels available. This method is particularly effective for quick results and therefore highly suitable if plants look to be suffering from a deficiency. Spray every 10-14 days at a 10ml per litre dilution.
