Ecothrive Trace | 250ml

Unlock the full potential of your plants by correcting commonly overlooked micronutrient imbalances and deficiencies. As with all Ecothrive products their focus is on producing fully organic solutions for your crops and Trace is no different! It is aimed at growers using living soil methods but tried and tested for use on all soil, coco or hydro applications. Trace contains optimum levels of iron, manganese, boron, zinc, copper and molybdenum all of which are naturally chelated with a natural plant extract for easy uptake.

How It Works

Micronutrients are very important components to a successful yield. Whilst most growers tend to focus on maintaining the correct levels of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium the other bits can sometimes be left unchecked which in turn can have a whole host of negative effects and will make an impact on the uptake and effectiveness of the three macro-nutrients. Interestingly though, it is actually micronutrients that are usually the first to be depleted in soil mixes. The addition of seaweeds or composts can certainly help to raise these levels but often these are still below adequate. Similarly in coco or hydro setups where nutrient solutions are often used at half or 3/4 strength this to can mean plants do not have the necessary micronutrient levels available. Symptoms are usually very subtle and hard to diagnose but ultimately your final result will always be impacted.

How To Use Ecothrive Trace:

Ecothrive Trace can be used on all types of growing setups. 

Living Soil and Organic Potting Mixes

Use Trace as a root drench at a rate of 0.25-0.5ml per litre throughout the entire growth cycle, stopping 1-2 weeks before harvest.

Propagation

When using a dilute nutrient mix during the early stages of growth, Trace can be added to help supplement the missing micronutrients. Use as a root drench at a rate of 0.25ml per litre of water

Hydro and Coco

For growers using lower strength base nutrients, Trace should be added to ensure micronutrient levels are at their optimum. Please note when using full strength solutions it is usually not necessary to supplement with Trace as there should be enough already present. For half strength base nutrients use 0.25ml per litre, 3/4 strength use 0.125ml per litre. Always add trace after your base nutrients.

Foliar Feed

Trace can be used throughout the propagation and vegetative phases as a foliar feed. If you wish this can be continued into the early parts of flowering until flowers start to appear. This method is particularly effective for quick results and therefore highly suitable if plants look to be suffering from a deficiency. Spray every 10-14 days at a 10ml per litre dilution. Always spray just before you lights are about to go off to avoid damaging the leaves.

Ecothrive Trace is a great addition to almost all types of growing setups. As detailed above it is highly recommended to use in any organic soil setup. It will work with all nutrient schedules and in perfect harmony with other products from the Ecothrive range.
